I use a local vendor, Trader Joe's Milk and Egg Protein Powder for this, but any milk and egg based low carb protein powder will do.
4 scoops Trader Joes Milk & Egg Protein Powder
1 T butter
1t Vanilla extract
1/4 t allspice
1/4t crushed cloves
1 T Stevia powder
1/2 cup Cruncky Peanut Butter --all natural
2 T Sour Cream
Cream Protein Powder with butter until grainy. Add the rest of the ingredients in order, mixing as you go. Dough will be crumbly but will stick together in your hand. Roll a tablespoon of dough into a ball and flatten as thin as possible without cracking the dough. Place all cookies on an oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes and cool. Makes 1-15 cookies. They can be dry so be careful not to overcook.
