I've been making Pumpkin Fluff as a sweet treat to dip apple slices in. I had a can of cherry pie filling in the pantry and mixed them for an after-dinner treat tonight and it was amazing!
15 oz canned pumpkin
1 Jell-O Sugar Free/Fat Free Cheesecake pudding
8 oz Cool Whip Whipped Topping Free
Pumpkin Pie Spice to taste
Just mix the pudding mix (dry) into the thawed cool whip, then add pumpkin and spice. The whole batch makes 6 servings, about 3/4 cup each, for 2 PP each.
Just add 1/3 c. cherry pie filling for additional 3 points and have a super yummy treat!
