S/C/G: 185/170/120

Height: 5'2"

Lightbulb Bi Polar, PTSD and Rage disorder with Anxiety.

I quit the SBD diet, cause of the lack of sugar. When it is my Time of the Roses, I expect chocolate and CAKE... one piece would do, but not on the SBD... so I quit. I lost 10 lbs in the first week and feel a little bad about it, but I am not mad anymore. One of the ways I control my issues, is with caffine and sugar. I crave the things my body needs...right? I mean I don't always crave sugar, but I do liver when my iron is low but even that was not allowed during the first phase...so I am a quitter. I guess I will just live this way and try to eat a little better...and buy bigger clothes. I deserve to be pretty even while big, so I will do what I can to make sure I know that I am a BBB (Big Beautiful Babe...) I wish everyone luck with their diets and always remember, being a size 5 doesn't mean you will be happy... just means you will be a skinny sad lady... I for one refuse to be sad anymore... I am happy now that I am not 100lbs, in all honesty, I feel really Healthy!!! I eat what I want and I am happy. Thank you all for your support and for being so kind. God Bless and take care

Nancy

You certainly have a lot going on but with your good attitude, I am sure you'll find a way to keep being successful Keep up the good work and I hope you find the right plan of eating for your lifestyle.

There really is something to be said about self-acceptance, and if this isn't working for you, then it sounds like you are doing OK. At your weight and height, you aren't doing so badly - and whether or not you are in the BBB category is a bit debatable. Eat what you want! Try exercise to help with the stress/rage! Live your life! Good for you!!!!
