I'll just start with today since I don't remember the other days (I do know that I stayed between 1200-1500 calories, though).

[Friday]

Slimfast

I'll edit later after I eat more...

I did manage to refuse cheese puffs and fast food that my mother offered to me earlier today. I seriously am beginning to think she is trying to sabotage my weight loss plan.

[edit]

2 servings of "easy fries" - 170 calories each (not bad IMO)

thanks..

I am mad at myself because last night I took my seroquel and went out to swim (in order to avoid the binging that would normally occur during the 2 hours after I took my pill). Well, it started to get rainy outside so I went back in after about 30 minutes and I ate a lean quizine mushroom pizza thing (good)............ then I ate almost half a bag of the cheese puffs mom had bought. UGH! ... Then I ate some fudgesicles (not so bad, they didn't have many calories).

This is why losing weight is so hard for me right now, because every time I take seroquel, if I don't get myself far far away from any food and keep myself busy... I am going to eat. And eat. And eat. Then after about two hours.. my desire to eat goes away.

*sigh* ..... so I don't have any choice but to try things over again today.

So far all I've had today was 2 fudgesicles (80 calories total) and some coffee ... Not the most nutritional breakfast but that's what I wanted.
