A minor success - and much thanks!

Just wanted to tell you all of my minor success tonight. I got in to make chicken and veggies with rice - only to find that the chicken was no good (an entire pack from Costco ). So the kids decide they want wild wing - wings and fries. The temptation was so huge - I could almost taste the fries with cheese and gravy. So, before we ordered, I came on here and did a couple of posts, and read a couple of posts...and then I ordered a wrap and a salad.

I owe this sensible decision to you guys - for the support you give me, and for telling me that you can do this, and so I know I can, too.
