Ok new to the group. My name is
Davisa, 43 married, no kids and 77 pds over weight. this 5 pds at a time sound like a great way to keep track of when your body starts getting use to what your doing and when you have to change it up to continue to be successful.
ok I will start with my weight as of today 8/22/17. I have a goal of Oct 1st 2018 to lose at least 2/3 of my weight. Ok so I am not going to give myself a time frame to lose the 5 pds at a time, however I am not going to spend 2 months working on 5 pds. So let's see.... 77 pds 13 months so that says it is about 6 pds a month if I was to lose it all. So a pd and 1/2 a week should be a good healthy way to lose it all.
