Off to a good start. I actually started my last kick at the can a few weeks ago at 165 and quickly lost 4 lbs. Then it slowed down .... of course.

I'm actually shocked at the lb loss as there is a lady holidaying in the apt next door and we have been "having fun" so I was expecting a bit of a gain. Also we have been not walking for the last 3 days. For some reason we have been home bodies. Today is dog walking day (we walk rescue dogs that are up for adoption on Sat's). We normally walk for 2 - 3 hours.

SW: 161 lbs
CW: 160 lbs (-1)
10%: 16 lbs
GW: 145 lbs

I hope everyone had / has a great weigh in.

It's been a bumpy couple of weeks, mostly worrying about this morning's scary blood test (well, the results, not the test). I know that's just silly but that's me. Anyway, I've put on so much (10lbs) that my fitbit scale thought I was a guest.... eek!

So:
SW: 175.9
GW:158.31

Yay. That would be great. To finally break out of the 160s instead of dickering up and down and into the 170s...

Hi all! I just had spinal surgery, so exercise is out the window for awhile. I still managed to lose some pounds due to lack of appetite (did I just say that?). Pain and nausea will do that.

SW: 150.2
10%: -15.0
GW: 135.2

CW as of 7/4 - 146.2 (-4 lbs)

Ahhh - no change this week.

Last Sat I feel and bruised my ribs so no workouts for me for a while. I was just getting back into the process of working out daily again. Gosh darn!

End of July and not much change in weight. Will not be making my 205 pound goal If there is any silver lining it is that I have made better food choices this month and have been more conscious of what I put into my big maw

Guacamole - my husband has had 2 back surgeries. They take a bit of time to heal but he's happy he had it done.

Still 160 - no change, but again my doing. Meeting people at the beach and having way too much fun. Need to stay at home a little more.

Tried doing leg (on the floor) and pool (including my arm weights) exercises but my ribs were really sore the next day. I'm giving it another week before tackling them again. I have been doing leg exercises in the pool and they seem to be doing okay.

I used to follow the glycemic index really closely and I looked at it the other day and now I'm hardly following it at all. When did that happen? I need to get back to following it.

Hope everyone has a great week / weigh in.

Mind if I join? I'm limping back after rejoining & being knocked back by kids & summer. Exercise fell by the wayside when everyone's schedules went crazy. Started a health insurance sponsored challenge on the first so have a weigh-in starting then.

SW: 197.4 08/01/2016
CW: 194.3 08/03/2016 (sick yesterday so dehydrated today)
GW: 177.7
