Gutted I'm back up half a lb but keeping in mind likely just daily weighing glitch and maybe due to working and taking tablets for my back / feet aching.

Must admit I was the same this morning.. hoping to see my home scale move tomorrow - it is not in line with my slimming world scale (weight loss group) so can't get it to compare but still hope it moves.
