Thumbs up Eight Pounds Gone!
Here I am again. I joined the 5 pound challenge and dropped actually 8 pounds since I joined. Very encouraged about that. Changing my eating habits and learning a lot right here.

I started back in December at a record 292 and after seeing that my poor scale could no longer stand my weight and that the dial did not go around again, I decided to find a way to not be so darned miserable the rest of my life.

I am 260 today!!
