Hey guys, heres one of those typical accountability threads for helping you reach your April 5th goal! Any goal is welcome, weight-focused or habit-focused.





My personal goal is to reach 184 by April 5th. SW: 193
2/21: 191.6

I don't think I can really make it, but I think I will go for 179 for Apr 5th. That would be 100 lbs off since I started this weight loss.

But more realistically would be the same goal as English Teach. I am now 193 also. That would be one month and one week...13 lbs off. No, that would be too difficult. Think I will just make it 186. Much more doable 7 lbs off in a month and 5 days.

I'd love to say 10lbs off, but I don't want to set myself a goal I might not be able to meet.

Goal is 177lbs by 5th April.

Ok, I'd like to HOP in!

I gained last month and didn't do much better in Dec and Jan! Last month was understandable (I was lazy and ate too much) but Dec and Jan was "unexplainable". So, I've been hosting a pity party for one and I'm tired of it!

So, I am hoping to be in the 2teens by Easter. That will be approx. 60lbs. lighter than last year!

I've done GREAT, so far, today! I got back to my water aerobics class, jogged 25 minutes and walked 10, and I've stayed OP! I do need to work on my water intake though.

182 on the nose today.

Progress is steady and a bit faster than expected. I'm taking it and waiting for that first plateau.

Lizzie, no gain is a win in its own way. It's hard to be active in weather like this. Hang in there!

I'm down some today. Pretty good considering TOM is here and I feel like death warmed over! I was almost a week early and I always feel worse if I'm early or late. Of course, the whole being almost a week early is, I suppose, my body's way of making up for being 10 days late last time! Gotta love starting to show signs of menopause!
Anyway, 225.2 this morning. Just 2.5 weeks until SPRING BREAK! I am still hoping to drop, at least, 5.3 pounds by then. Please, Lord!
