Just had a look at the spreadsheet and was updating it! Keep up the good work! And if things aren't going your way, don't give up - this is what I've been telling myself.
I haven't been able to get on over the last couple of weeks because of numerous things going on and being super busy with work. My cousins were here for just over two weeks - amazingly with all the bad foods I ate I only gained 1lb!
This challenge has just been a disaster for me. I thought I had it in me to do it but I didn't and failed. There is one week left in this challenge and I'm determined to drop 1 or 2lbs off my current weight. NO MORE GAINS!
I'm about to make an exercise plan and see how I get on with it. I'm going to be strict on my eating (which is my biggest downfall) I have slipped back into really really bad habits over the last two or so months. I've gained a good amount of weight and looking at pictures of me is just depressing me.
I will started a new topic for Challenge 4 early in the week - can you believe we are half way through 2014!!!
