We ordered pizza. Deep cleaning and organizing the house for an appraisal and didn't want to deal with dinner. There will probably be a spike tomorrow!
I got close but then my dad brought 20 eggs and two different pies from my aunts and he demanded cake so we'd use up the eggs.
Maybe you should just take a break? Just eat at maintenance for a while and then come back. It works for me every time.
I've tried changing my Lose It app calories to maintenance and taking a break only to find that I increased my calories too much. I'm over eating every day but as long as I keep the goal cals low and "try" I'll maintain instead of gain. Blarg! What's sad is that my 2 pounds/week goal calories is ridiculously low at less than 1100 calories. I'm maintaining at 1600-1900. I truly need to reduce to the 1200 range but it is so frickin hard, especially after adding in exercise.
Zoë, see that's why I suggested a break. I always take one when dieting becomes too hard. Which is pretty often because as I've just figured out I walk WAY too fast. Breaks help because I always come back with my batteries full and I'm motivated again. Of course, I don't really gain while I'm gone, but I honestly think I'd rather gain than go through this torture.
