I'm SO in! Keeping my goals modest because success is my best motivator. 165 lbs now; goal is to lose 5 lbs by 4/20. My challenge to myself is to go to the gym at least 2x/week. Good luck to everyone!
I'm so bad at these challenges. I even STARTED one in September and fell out of it! This week has been so bad because my brother had a fire in his home and we've been helping move them and taking care of the kids (not to mention I'm trying to house/dog sit while running my own house and getting my bf up at the crack of dawn for overtime).
Losing at a pretty consistent, albeit slow, pace since I started in January. At this rate I should easily make my goal by Easter, or at least get really really close, which is exciting
I've had a pretty terrible week, I'm expecting a gain. I was super busy in work all week and turned to junk food too much! I wasn't in any humour to go to the gym either. But I was back in the gym first thing this morning and clean eating.

Sorry you had a tough week. Getting back on the horse is the main thing, though, so you've got that at least!
I've had an okay-ish week. I was pretty sick for most of it, so I didn't exercise much at all, and while I stuck to my calories, I ate mostly comfort food, so sodium has me a little bloated. I'm expecting a small loss tomorrow, but I won't be surprised if I see the same number as last week. I will be honestly shocked if I'm more than a pound down.
Stayed the same. Had an ok week eating-wise but worked out a ton. Had a sweet craving all day and succumbed to those cute little Girl Scouts taunting me outside the grocery store. Just ate half a box of Samoas. They're so good frozen. I have to behave all week.

My goal is 40 lbs total, but not by the 20th! It's just to lose whatever my body wants to drop by daily exercise and changing my diet from heavily processed to "clean".

After looking at my week and lack of significant weight loss I concluded I needed to cut down on sweets and exercise more. Lots of distraction, hard to concentrate on me, but need to. Here's to week 2, goodluck everyone.
