Thank you Wannaskipandlaugh, plus after thinking about how to get back on track the fastest you are my inspiration for this challenge. I'm going to start this at Level 2 because I have not been exercising every day.
So I also will do 7800 Steps and 50 squats a day.
I am wondering about those squats, I may need some encouragement come day 3 or 4 when sore muscles kick in.

Good Morning!.. Working.. be careful about the Squats... I actually started back in Late Sept with 20 and added 1 more each day to get my Arse used to them.. Just be careful!
TYLA... good for you to stick with it even on your day off (Me too.. tho I fell a few 100's steps short.. but now it really is a habit! LOL) Lets go get the next 21!

Good morning tyla & wanna. Wanna, thanks for cautions about squats, I think I will break them up during the day and see if that works and will be careful. My whole body feels nasty, like bad food, bad sleeping and lack of exercise. I'm gonna set an alarm to get up by(even though still on break) and hope my head feels better. Working on the food and exercise elements and hope to feel better soon. Hoping for another sunny day to walk my dog today.
Just stopping by to say that I stopped eating after lunch, when I really could have overdone it. This is a big deal! I've decided to post here instead. I've got to make it another 21 days. Thanks for listening! Now I can go on about my merry way.

wanna - your inspiration hurts today, haha. Thank goodness last night I remembered that there are a variety of squats and that saved my caboose this am. So I did 50 sumo squats this am but, totally different leg muscles. Weird thing is my shoulder muscles hurt the worst.
Day 1 - 1/1 10,360steps and 50 squats.
Day 2 - 1/2 12,575steps and 50 squats.
Today I'm super busy, so may not get a walk in with Jethro.
Hooray.. its SATURDAY! getting back to a "normal" style week! I hope you all are staying warm! oh I do hope so. Cold air makes me walk faster.. It was in the 50's and ohhh my feet liked it! (Tho I tripped on a split road crack.. booooo)

Today is day 26 of me staying within my range and exercising. I was a little disappointed after I got on the scale and only saw 1/2 lb. down this week. That really put a damper on my day. But today I feel great that I stuck in there.

Tyla... scale is just a number ( I tell myself that too) as you probably have extra water hanging around. It will flush.. I PROMISE! and good for you!!!! 26 days non stop woohoo Maybe we need to create a 30 day challenge next time! (really its a life long challenge lol)

wanna, gotta chuckle about you tripping on a crack (we must be sisters). I walk on a gravel road and trip on the gravel sometimes (thank goodness no one is watching).
Walk a minimum of 7800 Steps/day add 50 squats for good measure!
