Less insulin is an AWESOME thing. I would love to get off of this pump and insulin completely!!!!
You are going to be in onedeland soon cowgirl :) I will join the next challenge. I really need to post everyday and post how much walking I get in everyday. That should help me be more accountable too. My scale is still up and down by at least 3 pounds with in 30 seconds. I need to get a new one I guess. Hopefully by the time the next challenge starts I will have figured out how to post pics on here. Since I don't trust my scale very much I have been taking pics every week or so of my self with "those" pants on to track my progress. I am actually telling a pretty good difference from the pictures. I hope to see more people join in. I try to be more active and supportive in our next thread. I need to get at least 15 miles in this last week to help me get as close as I can to 215. Good luck to everyone this last week. |
My Friday weigh in went well. Down 4 lbs this week. I will take it!!!! Since I weigh in on fridays, my next one is the day after thanksgiving. Not looking forward to it, but I have a plan and hopefully it works, LOL!

Got a 216 this morning. Hoping to get a 215 for the final weigh in on Thursday morning. This is such a slow process, I need to work on having patience. Can't wait to see everyone's final numbers.

Need to adjust to the idea that it might be slower for now, might even stop at some point. So at the moment it's a mental battle, learning the difference between what I can control (how much I eat and exercise) and what I can't (how much weight I lose). |

CW: 183.6 GW: 177.8 (-10.4 pounds) AW: 4.6 pounds A disappointing month to be sure, since my weight loss each month until now has been in the double digits. But sooner or later, it was going to slow. Accepting my 'failure' was thus the big victory this month. As an overachieving emotional eater, learning to accept when things don't go my way is so hard. I feel like this month really taught me that. |
Don't beat yourself up. This is a rough couple of months to try to lose, If you maintain or lose it is a big plus!
