Why did I weigh myself at the end of the day today out of curiosity. Bad move on my part.:(

Ice cream and pizza are the 2 hardest things for me to stay away from. Awesome job for not giving in!!!!
I did my treadmill time today!!! I have managed to keep within my calorie range too even though I ate a small handful of reese's pieces. I also took a couple of pics of me in my way too tight pants. Hopefully I will be able to tell a difference by the end of this challenge. Once I can fit comfortably in those pants I will post the pics. I carry most of my weight in my belly so I hope that is where I will lose first. Plan on carving the pumpkins tomorrow with the kids (well my husband will do the carving with the girls helping and I will take the pics) then if the weather is nice do my walk outside. Hope everyone is staying on track :) |
I would love to join this challenge. I will have to begin on Nov. 8th as I am going on vacation the first week of November. For sure I will need it when I come back. My weight now is 159 and if I am lucky I won't gain. (Like that's going to happen). Would like to lose about 9 lbs before Xmas and 5 lbs before Thanksgiving.

Mindful eating today! If you do have something you should not or need to work into your plan. It will be okay and it is only one day. Today scale is 216.7 another pound down. Woo hoo! I got up early and made a cake for my daughter. It is red velvet her favorite and I did not even lick the spoon! It is so red just turned me off. Raining here today so going to have to work on some exercise with my zumba dvd. I have had it since Christmas but never played it. I also have the biggest loser on xbox and might work with that too. |

Just got back from trick or treat with the girls and I didn't eat any of the candy!!! I will probably have a little bit tomorrow but I will work it into my plan. I didn't walk on the treadmill but I will tomorrow. Did a lot of walking around the neighborhood through. If I can trust my scale I am down a little bit. It shows 224.5 now. Happy Halloween everyone.

Hi everyone. It looks like everyone is on track and doing well even through halloween. Awesome! I am down three pounds as if today. Just got back on track after a couple of wonky weeks so it is probably just water, but any decrease on the scale isxa good one.

only believe 2lbs is great! Especially now Halloween is done.
My weigh day is tomorrow and I did have a small sliver of red velvet cake and two fun sized snicker bars but the scale is still about the same as yesterday. I went for a 4 mile walk today and plan on doing some Christmas shopping today at the mall to get all my steps in. I aim for 10,000. weight 216.5 |
