I am going to join. My starting weight is 286.6, which is 5.732 for the 2%. I will round it off to 6 pounds. Seems like a lot, but let's see what happens.
I forgot to weigh before I went for my run so my weight is god only knows how accurate since i sweated a ton then drank 2 bottles of water. but the scale says...

And we ate out last night, Denny's, so I'm expecting sodium bloat for a couple days :s
I think my body is in shock- and not a good kind- gaining the more I work out- maybe retaining water? No idea- none the less I'm on plan
If you've only recently started working out, then your body will retain water to help repair the little muscle tears caused from your work out. So that's quite likely the reason for the recent gain. You will soon see the benefits!
Thanks Tuscany yeah- I know that results will soon come- I've lost the weight before and I guess I forgot about all if those glitches along the way- i will just keep repeating... It's all part of the process! Haha
