Okay - I'm back. Got rid of most of those 5 lbs of post-op water weight, and just tried to maintain for a few weeks. I'm up a bit on what I was before the operation, but it's not too bad, considering there were probably more than a few ice creams, BBQs, picnics and summer cocktails in there. But I'm back with a vengeance now!
