What are your weight loss goals for the Merry Month of May?

Count me in again this month. I'm aiming for a 6lb loss this month -- that would take me out of obese range and into overweight.

My goal is to average a weight loss of 1.5 to 2.0 lbs per week. Doing the math would put me at between 167 and 169.25 by the end of May, and I'll be happy anywhere in that range. So, my goal for May is to exit the 170's and move into the 160's!

Ah...I have now seen the post above, so I will use the same format (I'm new and still figuring things out). I'll use the approximate midpoint of my end-of-May range as my goal weight:

I'm in too!
My goal for May is to get rid of 1.5 lbs a week. I'll have my weigh-in either later today or tomorrow so I'll check back with you guys. If it's today I'll just write that number down for May 1st and that will obviously be my start weight. Getting excited :)

I am just getting back on track, so I think this might help. I am going to aim high because I am still shedding water weight. So I'll shoot for 10lbs from whatever I weigh in on the 3rd

Why not? I'm in, I don't truly expect to hit 159 by end of the month and honestly, anything below 162 would be awesome because that means I get to hit my 10%!

BUT i am setting the bar a little lower this month.. since i am a teacher and this is the last month of school with testing and ect.. it will be stressful.. not alot of time to work out.. and end of the year parties (meaning food) so :) update tomorrow!
