Teacher2B: that sucks that you can't find smaller clothes as you lose weight. Could you order clothes off the internet, by mail? What about sewing your own or finding someone who can sew for you? That won't help with jeans, I guess, but some pants styles can be made at home. It will be so great when you can fit into the sizes that the stores have. I found it was important to have clothes that fit on the way down, so I hope you find a solution!

I really don't know if I'm going to be able to make goal considering that I have 3 days of drinking and concert food ahead of me this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Since I already bought my tickets there's no way that I'm not going. And EDC cost me so much money that I refuse to not have as much fun as possible. I'll just have to make sure that I don't go up in weight before the 24th. Ugh.

Aye, I will check on local sites, as I want to wait till I have lost some more weight to try the international sites, since I have not been dieting for a month still. Though I am probably going to get some bras that way next month, since the best bras I have had were bought in the UK (getting big bras here is a pain, as most of them are minimizer or horribly shaped). I usually had trousers made smaller by a seamstress, but I did a good spring cleaning a few months ago and most of my bigger trousers were given away.

I will probably go to the bigger stores in the capital this weekend, as there are a few stores that usually bring different jeans and trousers (there is a store I can always go to buy a pair of jeans, but i want to avoid it as much as possible,as they are very expensive.

Great job everyone.

Sum, I haven't been to Sagebrush, but I can't seem to stay away from an even better Mexican restaurant in Livonia, Las Palapas. Why does Mexican food have to be so fattening? It's usually my splurge for the week & I try not to over do it, but...................... It's so darn good. :)

I was out of town for the weekend for business & was totally shocked when I weighed in on Monday. I haven't seen my weight jump into the 170's for almost a month, even with TOM. But thankfully it seems to be moving down so I'm hoping it was just an awful lot of water weight from bad eating & drinking over the weekend!

I am so impressed by how motivated everyone is. I so want to lose the weight, but I don't want to give up everything. I remember being that motivated last year when I was losing weight a lot more quickly, so obviously I need to rediscover my motivation. I've been really good about my exercise, I just love my food. Too much obviously :)

So, in a new episode of "scales be crazy", my new scale says I am 100.9 kilos and the old one 102.1 :P So I am settling on 101.9, but god knows what my real weight is. One month until my next nutritionist appointment.

May 1st: 103.3 kilos
May 8th: 102.7 kilos
May 15th: 102.4 kilos?
May 22nd: 101.9 kilos?

I just had to go back & look at my goal for the month. Wow! I must have been crazy! There's no way I'm going to hit 162.4, but I'm going to just do my best & get as low as I can.

Maybe one of these months I'll see my name turn red. :)

TOM pushed my weight this week....Also am going on three days cigarette free* I slipped up and had one but that's it. *ugh* life kinda sucks right now, but I know this is for the best.
I ran yesterday. Normally I can run, but only short distances then I need to stop and walk for a while. Yesterday I ran further than I ever have before. My lungs felt great. It was quite a motivator for me. My DH is so proud. We're quitting together.
I'm ALMOST out of the 180's. Hopefully this weight gain is in fact TOM and not quitting smoking weight.
Good luck ladies! Hope we all make weight!

My numbers have been going up and down like crazy. 2 days ago I was up to 145 lbs, yesterday (my weigh-in) 141 lbs, and today 143 lbs, lol!


Start weight:
140.2 lbs
Goal weight: 134.2 lbs

Total loss for the month of May: 6 lbs // 1.5 lbs a week

May 1st - 140.2 lbs
May 8th - 142.4lbs (TOM)
May 15th - 139.6 lbs
