Valentine's Day is about 6 weeks away.
I'd like to drop to 138 by Feb 14, which would be a loss of about 12 lbs.
(I've been at 149.6 two mornings in a row)
This challenge is just about posting your Feb 14 mini goal and try to post at least once per week with an update of where you're at and how you are planning.
So for me-
I will pack a lunch at least 3 days per week.
I will drink 32 oz of water daily.
I will plan and measure meals in advance as much as possible.
I will attend one exercise class this week, and then do a fitness DVD on Sat & Sun
