Have fun! I haven't skated in years, but loved doing it as a child. Great exercise too!

Hi Blue Team!

Had a great night last night. Got in a two mile walk even with the drizzly weather. Got in 2.5 this morning before the rain started again. No walk at lunch as it was pouring. On the road this evening so no walking. AquaZumba tomorrow morning, then hopefully weather will cooperate and some walking at lunch.

Hope everyone is having a great day,

hi everyone hope you guys are all on plan and doing ur best to shed those pounds

Today I've not exercised and this is making me sick, no one to blame but my laziness alone. Just wanted to vent out. I'm just a beginner and I wanted to stick to my plan no matter what.

suttercm, to you

Ugh. So I cheated. I haven't had pizza since sometime in July and last night the craving won. I had one slice and a couple of pieces of cheesy bread. I paid for it though. I felt so sick after I ate it. My kids were really happy though. They haven't had pizza in that long either. Oh well, back on plan today. There's nothing I can do about yesterday.

AquaZumba was fun. Also got in 1.5 miles at lunch. Hoping to get in my 3 miler after work.

Hope everyone is having a great Thursday - just one more day this work week!!!

GO BLUE!

sorry i've been absent kids... i've been pretty sick all week. as in, getting out of bed was a chore. i put my weight in, as it was a few days ago (finally), and it wasn't much of a loss not even half a pound. i fear this week i might even post a gain because being sick, i'm just not feeling like counting anything *or* exercising... but as soon as a shake the last dregs of this cold, i'll be back in business. i gotta get more of this weight off of me!

It's okay. We all have those weeks. I'm having a fairly crappy week. Gave in to pizza last night. First time I've had it since July. It made the kids happy though and I only had 1 slice and a few pieces of cheesy bread. It could have been a lot worse. Back on track today though. Hoping by Sunday I'll be able to drop a little more. We'll see...

Its ok to cheat, it happens, we just have to remember that if we do cheat...its not like you have to start all over, or restart the way you eat next week. It happens, we just have to keep on moving forward!

I have a challenge idea that maybe we can all do.....

What if every week we have a challenge. It can be the same or different one each week. For example on weight in day we can say promise to finish a certain number of miles...whether is running, walking, swimming, for the week. OR at the beginning of the week we can post a youtube workout video that everyone will do at least 5 times a week. What do you guys think?!?!?

Bleh. I stayed the same this week. But then again, I was lucky not to gain 5 lbs a la Sunny on BL.

Ugh. This week sucked for me. So far this month is sucking for me. If I don't get my butt in gear I'm never going to make my New Year's goal.

I think the challenge sounds like fun!

Entered by weight, didn't lose this week, but didn't gain either. Hoping for a loss this week to finally get out of the 160's!

Hope everyone is having a great week

GO BLUE!!!

I'm in for a challenge too. Lets go got it.

I've not lost anything this week, the scale shows the same weight as last time. It's my 2nd week in this weight loss journey and some of my clothes fit loose, but i can't see that on the scale
