  • Tomorrow is the first day of Summer. So since Labor Day is on a Monday I thought I would start a Labor Day Challenge. Just put down SW and GW for Labor Day. My Birthday is on Labor Day this Year so it will be more special. Good Luck, Everyone!

  • I'm hoping to be at my goal by then. Even though 5 pounds doesn't seem like much, it's feeling like an insurmountable 5 pounds right now. I have always hated the cliche "the last 5 (or 10) pounds is the hardest" but I'm starting to respect it lately.
