How's it going? Are you on track for reaching your April goal?
I am down 2 lbs this week and am very happy about it b/c with the different hormonal issues I've had this week I wasn't too sure. I'm still on track to reach my April goal. I will be so happy if I can reach it (11 lbs to go), and I will STILL be happy if I don't reach it by my goal date (Apr 8).
I can feel a huge difference in my health. I make better choices, I do things that are good for me, and I'm realizing each week just how FANTASTIC and AMAZING I am
lol.
I'm happy that I'm losing weight, although I'm not losing much in the way of inches. I'm hoping that in April (when I do measurements) that will change!
Christina - WELCOME! We have something in common b/c my mini-goal is to get below 300 as well. Each week I'm getting closer and closer. Best wishes on your journey.

Skinny - mmm I LOOOVE chinese food! I don't even wanna think about it b/c my mouth will be watering
. Good job on the weight loss! Also, I wouldn't worry too much about the chinese. If you can add a little extra working out into your schedule, you'll be good to go!
Angel - HUGS! Sorry to hear that you haven't been getting the results that you wanted. Don't give up, keep going! Even if you don't make it to your 'goal' by that time, you'll still be much closer to it!
Lucid - you can do it girl!! I know your weight has been hovering around the 169-170 mark but you have been doing so good with losing your inches! Are you still losing inches?
