Hi, I'm relatively new - hope it's ok to join. I'm yo-yo'ing at 175 and can't seem to break through it. Maybe a focused challenge will help??!!

rosetta & chubbybikinidreamer - Thanks! I follow calorie counting religiously! I don't always write down and track calories on paper, (usually I do, but some days I forget) but I always keep a running tally in my head. Throughout my weight loss I kept my calories at 1200-1400 and managed to avoid plateaus through zig-zagging when necessary. I really focused on eating better, I used to eat such crap before, I had no idea! Now I try to look at all my food as fuel and treat it as such! Exercising 5 times a week focusing on at least 45 minutes of cardio then some weight training also has really helped, & I'd like to think I have greater muscle definition now.
