Nice little present to wake up to this morning! I know today will be a challenge but I'm going to try to look at it as just another day. No time for exercise, but I'm hoping to maintain my loss eating small portions and drinking lots of water! Hope you all have a wonderful day!
I'm jumping in on Christmas Day. I've gained a bit over these holidays and my jeans are a little tight. My mini-goal is to get them comfortable again and my slightly larger goal is to go down a size.
I was up a half lb yesterday due to some evil yet delicious xmas cookies! Thankfully Xmas didn't cost me too much of my hard work and I'm back on track!
You girls are doing so well to lose at this time of year. I am not doing as well. I'm back at home today, though and things should turn around for me once the new year begins. At this point I'm relativly certain I'm up a couple pounds! I'll weigh and report tomorrow...
