Let's get healthy! We joined this wonderful forum called 3 Fat Chicks and now it is time to become Healthy Bunnies!

Anyone is welcome to join for support, laughs, venting, and encouragement.
Spring is a time of renewal. Let's renew ourselves and commit to a challenge for Easter. Easter is a little over three weeks away. Post your starting weight, current weight and what you want your goal to be for this challenge. On Easter Day, we will all post to see how we did. Your goal does not have to be a weight. It can be a personal goal you want to set for yourself.

So if you are looking for a little springtime renewal...join us!

Hello! I'm in! This is just what I need to keep on track those last weeks before eastern.
My goals for those three weeks are:
- Don't eat any candies
- Exercise every single day, at least a walk..
- Lose 6 pounds (SW 149 - GW 143)

I need to just stay OP with eating, and not give into temptations when everyone around me gets fast food. I've been staying OP with exercise, I just need to get my body to stop wanting fried foods.

I'm going to visit my mom this year for Easter. She wants me to stay for a few days. I leave on April 10th. This will make it more difficult for my diet. My mom's an awesome cook and she always buys so much candy and chocolate and still makes an Easter basket for me

To renew I plan on doing 60 minutes on my exercise bike each day up until the day I leave. And staying within my calorie limit of course.

I took a breather last night and caught up on some sleep so that means I didn't get my cardio in although I'm over my calories burned for the week anyway. Tonight is strength night (legs) and I never miss my strengths.

HMMMM...

Easter Baskets...I love them! I have a son (24) and a daughter(23) and I still make baskets for them also. I ..of course...always made one for myself also. What can I put in mine this year so that I don't feel left out? Maybe healthy protein bars? Any suggestions? Absolutely NO candy! I have made it through Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, My Birthday, and Valentines Day without going off plan. I know this Easter one is going to be the hardest of all. Love cadbury mini eggs and jelly beans. I love myself more though and am not going to sabotage myself and my journey because of some stupid candy. Can you tell I am trying to convince myself? LOL
