Ok Ladies, it's December and to those of you who want to keep on doing the 30 Day Shred, or those of you who just want to start, now is the time

This morning, I did: Day 7 Level 3 --> Doone
And this evening after work, I will just start over with level 1

Starting weight: 171

I should be getting this dvd in the mail tomorrow, have you been losing weight? I'd like to join in when I get it. Goal to lose 5-8 lbs in Dec. working out HARD.
