Default 50 Miles In November!!

HELLO ALL WHO MADE IT TO 50 MILES IN NOVEMBER, AND ANYONE WHO MADE AN EFFORT! There were several members that blew the 50 mile marker out of the water! I thought that was a great motivator! I hope you will all join me again to run, bike, spin, dance, walk or whatever for at least 50 miles in November! I know we can do it

I love the willpower dust! Count me in for this month. Since I did over 50 last month, I'm upping my goal to 70miles walking this month!

To start us off:

November 1: 2.5 miles on treadmill
November 2: 4 miles WATP with Leslie Sansone DVD

6.5 / 70miles done so far!

Great! I loved the last challenge! This time I am going to shoot for 50 again, but secretly hope for 60+.

Yesterday walking around Jacksonville for the Florida Georgia Game 2.81

I'm in! The last two months, I found that once I hit my goal, I subconsciously slacked off, so I'm going to seriously up my goal this month - 90 miles! I've ridden my bike everyday so far, but didn't log the miles, so I'm going to start with 0. Have a great day everyone!
