I'll again state how brilliant this is. Reason #67376: I can come here and b'tch about the annoyance of the scale drama. If I were to do that in real life everyone would think me mad or that 5 pounds in in itself is trite, here we can sympathize and understand how important 5 pounds are!

SW: 182
GW: 177

I have a crazy winery wedding to shoot this weekend. My HRM always give me over 4000 cals for this venue. I know something's gonna shake up. The next day is my own anniversary. I'm bickering with the hubby about an unnecessary decadent dinner, explaining to him that a nice bracelet from Tiffanys or a pair of Frye boots is much more appropriate - and likely cheaper (I love good liquor). Or even the casino, we met there. Lovelove.

Tired of the blackhole 180's. I'm ready to complain about the 170's.

My exercise is improving but my eating is not. I've been eating a lot of foods high in salt... I'd like to imagine cutting out salt and magically losing 10 lbs of water weight that my body's been storing.
