Hoping to hit my goal weight by next Friday - giving me time to be PAST it and moving on towards my next mini goal!

WHERE ARE MY GIRLS???? WE STILL HAVE TO WORK! Yesterday was a COMPLETELY OFF PLAN DAY! *sigh* oh well - here's to another day. I know TOM is approaching - which is some of the reason for the water weight... but I'm back to #187.6 this morning. Oh well... keep moving.. keep working... I HAVE TO GET BELOW #185!!! AHHH!!!!

ENY ~ There you are work it out girl! Shock your body! Are you keeping a food journal to see if there are any hidden things that can be sabatoging your efforts? Sodium, sugar, snacking, etc?!? Be aware of every morsal that goes into your mouth and how you feel when it goes in...do you feel sad, depressed, happy, stressed, bored...etc! Remember if hunger isn't the problem then food ain't the answer!!! I love that!!!! I know you have been working out and doing the 30 day shred...what else are you doing...walking? cruches? still doing push ups? Up your water intake....take a vitamin....go walking for 20-30 mintues.....I bet if you really stay on plan all week with eating and maybe add some walking and up the water and take your vitamins you'll lose 1-1.5 lbs this week!

I have got to say, reading your message in the first post put a huge smile on my face today eny! And makes me want to stay OP, cause I was so thinking afternoon snack today... I've really got to watch myself today, I actually dreamed about food last night. It was weird, normally I never have any dreams (that I remember) and last night I had a whole bunch of weird dreams, including one of pigging out at IHOP. I felt really guilty when I woke up, until I realized it was a dream. Then I just felt hungry...

maybe I can get them off again before the end of the challenge
My goal was to get into a size 16
I have but clothes are so funny that I still can't fit every 16 I lay my eyes on.
My excerise has increased
I began keeping a food log and realize I eat way too many sweets. I must cut them out or I will never lose the weight.

Hey Babygal, Wendi, Eny, Lunebelle, Sexybrokechick!

How goes it this lovely morning! I'm a little sad cause my sweet baby girl is at the baby sitter's today (I start school next week so we are trying to get her used to going over there again). She did fine. My hubby said he dropped her off and didn't even care that he was leaving! LOL! Its kinda sad to us that our baby is so independant, but on the other hand we are glad she didn't cry! That would have really broke both our hearts! BUT on the other hand....I am going to the gym early today....probably right after lunch or so and I'm going to get in a good 1-2 hour workout...cardio and strength! I'm sooooo excited about that!

Hope everyone is having a wonderful day! Lets stay on plan today! If you get a craving or want to do something bad....give your hand a quick spat and a "BAD GIRL" and instead of thinking about food stop and close your eyes clear your mind and think of you at your goal weight....how will it feel....how will you look! What things will you be doing? Will you be a skinny minnie in a bikini at the beach in Aruba? Frolicking amoung the beaches with a hot hottie?? Maybe this will help you get remotivated...if not....try to get your mind off food by reflecting on how far you have come in your diet journey. No matter how big or small it is a start and just imagine doubling what you have already lost?!?!?!? WOW! That could be just right around the corner!

I'm still trying to stay in here I'm glad everyone is doing so well. My goal is within my sights. I'm fighting hard. This month my weight loss has slowed dramatically though (I'm pouting) .

I'm nowhere near goal with only 2 weeks away. Having a rough time. When I got back from vacation last Tuesday, the scale read 162.5. Tonight, it read 168. This part of my WL journey is frustrating because in more than one month, I've only lost 5 pounds while others have lost 20.

Tamara: Stay focused sweetie. Don't focus on others you will always find a way to come up short and often times not knowing the real reason why. You don't know why someone may have loss 20lbs in the same period that you loss 5lbs. Keep doing what is healthy and will be long lasting for you. YOU win in the end

Today I wore a size 16 shorts that I use to not be able to fasten. I felt good being able to close the zipper. I just want the scale to move now. I think I am going to move from just keeping a food log to keeping a food journal that also talks about feelings because I can't seem to get a handle on eating the wrong foods. More than likely I am stressing knowing that my job ends in November.

Kenziemomma: I am glad that you are getting some alone time to work on you. Kick butt in school. Let's see that 4.0, you can do it.

Sprkle: Let me see you sweat. You might have to do more cardio.

belle: R U still in high gear?

Eny: I am getting pumped for the next challenge. I am going to get rid of at least one roll.

I am in kingston, NY for a couple of days. Any one knows a good spot to eat. I didn't see much coming in because it was so late.

Didn't exercise too much the last two days, but i'm still hangin at 176. I guess thats better that gaining! I know I wont be making goal, but 11 pounds down is good!! Keep working girls!

Hi everyone! It feels so good to be off work, next week I start working with Americorps (paperwork is getting straightened out at the other job).

I did my mid-week weigh-in this morning and the scale said 226! three times. I moved it a half inch and it said 227! Those aren't official numbers, not til Sunday but I had been eating off plan (french fries, bagels w/ cream cheese, ice cream) and I've been bloated and suffering. I didn't wake up bloated today even though I had a small binge yesterday (a piece of cinnamon bread, 3 stella d'oro cookies, a plate of baby carrots with hummus). Yall, I'm almost at the goal!
