Default I challenge the person below me...

...to do 50 toe raises

Decided I would just start the thread. The next person that replies will have done the 50 toe raises and will then challenge the next person to something. It is up to your digression if you do all of the challenges or just the one above you.

do you do it standing up? I did it standing up. I stood on my heels then tippy toed (not sure if that's how it was supposed to be done) then would go back down on my heels. I did 50 of those and my calves hurt. So I challenge the next person to do 3 set of 15 sit ups. I like this thread.

I hope this thread flies, I think since we are sitting at the computer desk reading the threads it would be an easy way to get a workout between reads (not to mention our regular workouts)

I choose to add on (you don't have to) so I did
50 toe raises (I feel this from my calves all the way up to my clentched butt)
45 sit ups
and now I challenge the next person to do 25 dips (hands on the edge of your chair and dip your butt to the floor)

Oh yeah, that's all so done:
- 50 toe raises (CHECK!)
- 45 sit ups (crunches) (CHECK!)
- 25 dips (CHECK!)

I challenge the next person to 30 squats.

This is an awesome thread idea!

30 squats completed!!!

I challenge the person below me to to 20 sumo squat jumping jacks! (a jumping jack where you hold a squat each time your legs are apart/ arms up for one count)

Ok I was out of town for the weekend and now I am back (at least until the weekend) and ready to kick this thread up a notch so PLEASE come help me (us) kick our BUTTS!!

I like the add on workouts (for now anyways) so I did
- 50 toe raises
- 45 sit ups
- 25 dips
- 30 squats
- 20 what I thought to be sumo jacks

I challenge the person below me to do 50 arm circles forward and backwards

Got stuck on the dips so I couldn't do the entire list at this time but I DID the 50 f/b arm circles.

I challenge the person below me to do 15 leg lifts (lay on back and lift both legs at the same time, lift at the count of 15 movements, do this 15 times.)

15 leg raises done.. My abs are burning right now! I love it! lol

I challenge the person below me to do 30 lunges ( 15 on each leg! )
