Ok I was out of town for the weekend and now I am back (at least until the weekend) and ready to kick this thread up a notch so PLEASE come help me (us) kick our BUTTS!!
I like the add on workouts (for now anyways) so I did
- 50 toe raises
- 45 sit ups
- 25 dips
- 30 squats
- 20 what I thought to be sumo jacks
I challenge the person below me to do 50 arm circles forward and backwards
