well my weight went back down to 191 today, i really want to push for that solid 190, and really really try for a 189 and get out of the 90s. why is it going from 90-80s and 80-70s and so on so hard, the space between seems so much easier than that moving down that one final pound.

I made my 3 pound goal this week. I'm down 15 pounds for this month, so any more weight loss this month is great but I'm happy if I don't lose anymore. Next month I'm hoping for 10-15 pounds again.

wow good job dandk, 15? how on earth do you do it?!

i think i might have finally met my 5lbs for the month, or at least really close, i weighed in at 189.5 but i want to see that number hold.
also if i can get people final weights the 29, 30, and 1st that would be awesome so i can record all of that, and ill set up the next thread probably the 1st. ill carry those weights over to the next thread for everyone to see. anyone who participated this month ill automatically add to next month.

Hi all!! Hope you all are having a great day. I did pretty good eating wise yesterday and even got a 2.25 mile jog/walk in. Plan to do it again after work today. That will make 3 days so far this week that i have done at least 2 miles jogging/walking. Eating today was alright. I had a slice of birthday cake at work....a small slice. It was a one layer square cake..chocolate with chocolate icing. I don't think i have a very big peice. This weekend will be tough because it's my birthday party this weekend. Turning the big 3-6 and my boyfriend is throwing me a tinkerbell party/bbq. I am soooo excited. And tomorrow, my bosses are finally taking us out to eat for Admin. Professional day!! Don't know where we will be going. But once april is gone and out of the way...I have the whole month of May to start over and really dedicate and plan out my foods for the month. I am very excited. And i plan to excersize 4-5 days a week FOR SURE!!!! lol.

I am still siting at around 136...but i can't complain since i haven't been excersizing much or watching my foods that closely. But May is going to be my month to tone up...if not lose a few pounds. I joined the Sizzlin' Summer Size challenge...Hope to see you all there too!!!

Good luck on the rest of April meeting your goals. I just know you gals can do it. Congrats to the ones who have already lost this month!!!! (weight that is!!!) lol.

*grumble* ok so yesterday i weighed in at 189.5 so i was thinking i was finally off the 192,191,192 rollar coast... im back at 192 i dont understand
im drinking a lot of water and im eating well, i dont have a regular exercise routine tho, im finding working out to be hard because im working out by myelf.
sigh, i think im going to go for a walk after lunch.

Finally step on the scale and I'm down to 151#, so only 1# to go to reach my goal for the month.

i dont normally post twice in a day but i feel like it to try and keep myself motivated. been really blah lately.
well i took both of my dogs out for a walk, jogged a little bit with one of them (partially involuntary as he chased a squirrel) got some sun shine. i met my minimum of 8 cups of water today, expecting to down at least one more 2 cup glass. i got 2 servings of veggies, 3 serving of fruit... um....
the scale hates me today and told me i was at 192 again so i'm going to express some self control and stray from the scale for at least a week. or so, at least no more weighing till the end of the month.

im trying to find myself a work out buddy close to where i live, but so far no luck with that, i posted int sparkpeople's thread for my area in hopes of finding someone. so i guess im walking with just my doggies for now.

So I hoped on the scale this morning and I saw 238. I sure hope that sticks and doesn't do like last time and bring me back to the 240's, I so want out of the 240's.

Mouasi- I hope the scale will be nicer to you and good luck on finding a workout buddy

ok so the end of the month is soooo close we got to keep pushing and make those last days count!! everyone is doing awesome, even the few struggles ive read i know your all doing great ^^ definately helps push me a long seeing all of you push so hard for your goals ^^

ok so i get on the scale the 30th or the 1st (im scared to see what it says) im trying to keep my thinking positive, and be ready for what ever number i see. im also going to take measurements and use that to help assess.

i do feel i made some much needed progress, not necessarily anything that will help me at the moment but i have put some things in motion to help me long term. i live with my family, and they eat really bad, reaaly really bad, and its hard for me to eat with all of that. but i got my whole family in a transition to change our eating, we did a kitchen purge today and were going grocery shopping tomorrow, were no longer getting white breads and refined sugar/flower products. and were getting more fresh produce and food i can eat in the house. a lot of things have come up to help me place an arguement on this and it seems to have finally worked! so heres to healthy eating and a new start!!

Okay, It has been a tough month. I don't feel like I have made much progress at all. I bought a new scale and it gives a totally different weight. So on Wed. the 30th I will post my ending weight for April using the old scale. Then To start up May I would like to use the weight from the new scale. I'll let you know what that is on Wed. also. I am hoping to have lost 5 pounds, but it may not happen. It has been a rough one. I hear it is tough for some others too. I'll talk about that more later.

Gotta run now.

I'll post all the dirt tom.

Here's the scoop. For this month, weighing on my old scale, I am at 218. So I am down 4.5 pounds. Not great, but it is something.

Here's the tricky part. I got a new scale and it is different from the old one. So my starting weight for May will be 222.

April SW 222.5
FW 218
Loss 4.5

May SW 222
GW 217

Did ya make it through the confusion?
Good luck, I have got to lose more this month. It just doesn't seem to be working right. I have to figure this out. Wish me luck.
