I have to have something sweet at the end of the day, but I work it into my plan. I will typically have a VitaTop (chocolate)-- these are one point (I do WW) and they help my cravings. If you are trying to avoid sweets altogether, perhaps a yogurt or some fruit in the evenings?
I'm off to the gym in a few minutes.
And I still don't think I'm getting in enough water, so I'l ramp that up as well.
