ggmugsy- have you ever been cross country skiing? My husband and I have joked about going every day for a month, we'd be skinny in no time! The last time I went I lost 5 lbs by the end of the day.

I have actually PLANNED my meals for 3 days now, what a difference it s making! Go figure, we eat every day and it doesn't have to be a surprise... I am surprising myself with the amount of food I consume when I'm not paying attention- I have been just keeping little notes about things I thinking about eating during the day. Today I realized that if I weren't paying attention I would have had starbucks twice, a rice krispy treat (the enormous ones) and bag of potato chips. Yikes! I'm feeling awesome like a rockstar right now!
