I everyone I think that I have found a place for me. I am a over eater. I can get myself under control for a couple of days but look out whe I go. I have been lucky that I can get my weight back down from my work outs but lately it is getting hard to keep off the weight.
Today and yesertday were bad ones. I at at DQ and was there 3 times. I have to stop.
I am making a pledge that I am going to take it one day at a time and tomorrow I am eating my best. I hope that I have this thread right. Please don't mind if I drop in or give me some advise on were I could post my day to day eating.
