Kat-I was wondering if you knew what hormone is released when you do Yoga? Maybe its just all the oxygen, I always feel like I could walk on air afterwards.

Christy- My biggest unwillingness with excercise came when I broke my elbow. For the first 4 weeks it was physical therapy and cardiovascular only, no weight bearing excercise. So a recommendation of a 45 min cardio session a day was given
I HATE CARDIO! When I do it I try to run as much as possible so I am focusing on the fact that I am dying instead of on what I am doing
But just like my food I surrendered it to God, I asked him to please open my heart and make me more willing. I had to do the same with my excercise addiction, before I go to the gym I ask God for the sanity to keep me in the time frame my sponsor and I have worked out. When I miss a workout I ask for the sanity to not guilt myself over it. This has been so much healthier for me.
So I won't kick your butt, I will tell you that as you learn and grow you will become more willing.
