I like a spaghetti tank top or similar. Mostly because I do not like breasts bouncing all over. I recent picked up two XXL nursing tank tops because they have a spliced "x" type front. So if girls want to be out to play they can be and when things are getting vigorous they can tuck back in easily.
I have nicer chemise type lingerie too but honestly? Cotton is comfy and cheap enough where you can break out the scissors and invite him to cut you out of it once it's getting worn. Retire the garment with one last hurrah and use the pieces to blindfold him. There. ALL probs solved!
I don't think you are going to hurt him, hon. He has a mouth -- he can go "Ouchie, please move over this way a bit, there, ah!" any time. Just like YOU can say the same thing.
If direct light bugs you -- go with candles or light on in a bathroom, closet, or next room over and crack the door so it's coming in but not glaring.
