So it was my birthday this weekend. I wanted to have a cheat weekend. On Friday I ate around 1500-2000 calories. On Saturday I ate around the same and on Sunday I ate around 1500 calories. I was just wondering how much weight that means I could have put on. I'm on a calorie diet of 1200 calories. Could I have put on a pound? Maybe more?
That's not what I would call a cheat. You may show a temporary gain because eating more causes your body to retain more water, but I doubt you've gained any fat. Follow your plan closely for the next few days and any excess weight will likely be gone.
I promise you.. You couldnt have put on any weight
Maybe a little water weight.. but once you go back on the track, it will come off before the weeks over
Now, fair warning though, sometimes its hard to get back on track, but try to as soon as you can!!
