15 on the 15th - My Challenge
I am so friggin tired of binging... I am setting a challenge for myself, a BIG one too! I am going to run 15km on my birthday on July 15th. I am going to use the next 12 weeks to train for it! I have run 10km before, but that was back in 2009.
I am doing this for me. Not for the exbf, exhusband, kids or anyone else. I cannot binge AND run because the excess weight affects my running, knees, breathing etc etc way way too much.
Therefore, tomorrow is Sunday. I have binged for three days straight and it is over! I am not stepping on a scale until my 36th birthday on July 15th after I run 15km in 90min or less!
Anyone else want to join me in this challenge? Here is the plan:
