Tomorrow, if all goes well
, I will be 3 weeks binge free. While the road hasn't been easy, in fact there have been some painful moment, but in the end I'm starting to heal. I can only contribute my success so far to a podcast that was recommended to me by a fellow 3FC member and I wanted to share it with you all. It's called Inside Out Weight Loss. It's a podcast mainly on weight loss, but it is much much more than that and it deals with binging some as well. For the most part it is the emotional component of this journey. I've always been a skeptic that *I* needed to do the mental work of the mind body transformation, but after reaching my goal and suddenly finding that my binge monster was still alive and well, I knew I needed to take this lifestyle change a step further. So I thought I'd share this with you all in hope that someone else may find value in it and it may help you heal too and realize that it IS possible to be free of binging, maybe...forever...
