Day 5. I have a little notebook where I give myself a gold star sticker each time I don't binge for a day. It's helping I can't believe I've made it this long without binging even though I've wanted to every. single. day.
I overate last night--ate a couple of spoonfuls of peanut butter with honey when I definitely wasn't hungry. But, I could have let it spiral into a binge, and I didn't.
Day 16- Still not hungry, stomach hurts all the time. Stupid me needed to eat something comforting last night, a brownie. Wasn't hungry, but when I'm sick I seem to think junk food will make me feel better. It never does, I had heartburn all night in my sleep & couldn't sleep right.
