My biggest issue this time of year, is probably the same as every ones. All the goodies! A big weakness of mine is pumpkin pie. Well we had two leftover slices, and as you may guess I slipped. Yep, that was my breakfast. Some days I feel like I have no self control over my eating habits.

It's okay- the pie is gone now- and don't buy anymore! Just continue on plan the rest of the day and things will be fine

I threw out all of the left over treats. I just cant resist them so out they go. If they are not around I do great, but if they are in the house, I can maybe resist for a few days, but then I sneak and eat as much as I can. Big No, No.
