So funny, when I read the title of this thread, I thought it had to do with XXX-rated items
Anyhoo - I love this idea.
Even though I am so stinking tired these days, I will plan out my lunches & snacks in advance every single day AND eat only those foods.
Even though there is halloween candy & other treats in the office that are not that many calories, I will choose healthy (and tasty) snacks that nourish my body instead.
Even though I love to snooze, I will choose to get up the FIRST time my alarm goes off!!
