Default Going off a binge...Tomorrow's Meal Plan...

Hi there.

I am trying to get off of a two month binge and desparately need some help. I would like to post my meal plan for tomorrow so I can post here tomorrow night to let whoever sees my posted meal plan know that I stuck with it.

If I succeed, tomorrow will be my first binge free day in over two months...

Anyone else up for the challenge?

Here it goes...

Breakfast
Oatmeal with rice milk and flax seed, Strawberries, Water

Lunch
Tomatoe/cuke/chicken sandwich, Cottage Cheese, Water

Dinner
Homemade Broccolli Soup, Whole Wheat Biscuits, Water

Evening snack
Peach, Water

Here's hoping to my first day binge free in a long time!

I've been on a three day leftover birthday cake binge myself and just started over again today too! I'd be up for the challenge! I am planning on counting calories and posting my intake on my blog. I'm thinking if I can concentrate on what I'm doing right today and not beating myself up for yesterday, I'll be much better off....

Best of luck to you, and let us know how it's going!

Did well today...first day in a very long time. I stuck to my meal plan for the most part, but realized that it probably wasn't enough calories. So I was hungry for some of the day.

It helped, knowing that I had to post on this forum...making me accountable to the people that read here.

Day 1 Binge Free...now to tomorrow...

Breakfast
Toast with peanut butter, 1/2 grapefruit

Lunch
Large lettuce salad with cheese, piece of toast

Dinner
Chicken breasts, baked potatoe, salad, steamed carrots and broccolli

Snack
cottage cheese and pineapple

Hooray for you! It sounds like you did wonderfully your first day! Hopefully that will give you motivation to continue today.

I also did better on many fronts. I exercised ½ hour, and my diet was good pretty much all day. I kept count, and think I took in about 1475 kcals. I fell asleep during the Cubs game though, and when I woke up I had some ice cream—probably the equivalent of 2 bowls, so that wasn’t so good. However, there was still ice cream in the box when I quit, so I’m not going to beat myself up about that. I can’t in good conscience give myself a ‘binge free’ day yesterday, but I’ll try again today. It’s closer!!!!

I get to treat myself to a wild beet/spinach salad with ahi tuna on it today for lunch… MMMMM good! I made oatmeal this morning for DH and DD, but I didn’t get any boxed up to take to work. I plan on having tofu vegetable stir fry for dinner. By the way, I love your menus. I may have to copy!

Hope you have a good day!!!!

Mcmoore--try to add in a midmorning and midafternoon snack...it will keep your energy up and help you stick to the meal plan. A piece of fruit is a great option and a great way to get all your fruit in for the day.
