Default Miracle Fluff

The recipe I got this from is from Froufy from the recipe (desserts) section. Not sure if she is the orginator of it or not. I dont' put cream cheese in mine. And I use SF/FF pudding (just a couple TBSP of it) . I also put about 2 packets of Splenda (or you can put in however many it takes to taste good for you) while I'm mixing it. It tastes GREAT over SF jello Beware...addicting!!!!

Miracle Fluff

2 cups whipping cream
one 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 box of sugar free jello, any flavor
1 tsp. vanilla

Whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form, set aside. In large measuring cup or bowl, mix the jello with 1/2 cup boiling water until dissolved. Add 1/2 cup cold water and set aside.

In a large bowl, cream the cream cheese and the vanilla. Slowly add the jello, whipping gently to blend. Now add the whipping cream in small additions, beat slightly between additions to mix, do not overbeat. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Carb count depends on your cream cheese brand.....sf jello is about .4 carbs for the whole box.
