TrimSpa

  • Last night I saw the Anna Nicole Smith Show. Normally I wouldn't watch it, but OMG she has lost 69lbs on Trimspa. Has anyone ever tried Trismspa, or do you know of anyone that has tried it?? Please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Real
  • Yup, I tried Trim Spa and it did nothing for me except give me a headache, didn't loose one pound. What they don't tell you is Anna Nicole is not just on 1 pill, there are several different pills they sell that you need to be on, each for a diffrent thing and each for about 20-40$ a bottle and all it does is suppress appetite, it does not teach you to eat better or take care of yourself, it just stops you from eating. Doinjg ALOT better on Atlkins and it costs me nothing!
  • I've never tried trimspa but I've tried other diet pills. I even had myself convinced that IF I lost weight on one I could see myself taking it for the rest of my life just to stay thin. How lame was that? But after a bit of reading discovered that anything that sped your metabolism up ended up messing it up. It speeds it up--but when you go off it your metabolism either slows down or stops completely....and sometimes doesn't REstart. So I'll stick to Atkins!!
  • In my opinion, any kind of weight loss pill that work on the Central Nervous System (speeds up metabolism) are dangerous. Be very careful because in the long run we don't know what after effects it will have.

No doubt after they paid her to lose that weight, she will blow up again.
  • I wasted $40 on TrimSpa. It did NOTHING, not even curb my apetite!

Last March, I lost 30 pounds on Xenedrite WITH Ephedra. I took less than the recommended dosage and it helped me stick to a healthy diet. I had been struggling to lose weight for 5 years and nothing had worked before that. Previously, every time I dropped a few pounds, it piled right back on. After taking the Ephedra, the 30 pounds stayed off for good. Of course, then, they banned it and I struggled for 9 months on low fat, low calorie diets, and very slowly lost 10 more pounds. Over a very stressful period in January I quickly piled the the weight back on. Finally, 2/1 I stated Atkins and have been losing ever since. I've done Atkins in the past and as soon as I ate a regular meal here and there, I blew up like a balloon... I mean REALLY gained a lot of weight. Needless to say, I am upset about the Ephedra banning. I think it is ridicuouls. The people who had problems were taking over the recommended dosage and doing things the warning labels told them not to do.

Alas, I am resorted to torturing myself with the Atkins weight loss plan. I am happy with the results so far but am afraid the rewards will be short-lived, but it is unreasonably difficult. I like to come here because it makes me feel a little better about it. I try to be enthusiastic and enjoy my meals; but, essentially, I am just brainwashing myself to take the edge off.

Sorry, I am having a bad day
  • Hippychick hang in there, I think you will start to like the way your eating, I know for me it wasn't until like 4 - 5 months into atkins when I started to like what I was eating. But like you I have to be honest... I do miss my carbs but I don't miss the way I felt on them.

Hugs, and its okay to have bad days, we all do.
  • Thanks, Leenie!!! I was really cranky yesterday, partly because of a bad day at work, partly because I didn't have time to eat (BECAUSE of my bad day at work) and was starving. LOL! SORRY!!! I am defintely back on track now.

Scale showed an AMAZING 3 more pounds down this morning! Yippee!!!
  • i was hoping for a quick fix for my aniv. at least i saved some money
