You should check the Atkins list of approved foods. It really depends on how you want to approach this. The lower the carb intake the better the weight loss.
Atkins has an Induction phase with only 20 net carbs per day. You can use that, go lower or higher in # of carbs/per day.
There are many low carb veggies. No so much for fruits!
For veggies I use: cucumbers, mushrooms, bell peppers, cabbage, spinach, lettuce, broccoli.
Also, don't forget the fat in your diet! It is essential to losing weight when doing low carb. High protein can be dangerous for kidneys and even turn to glucose if used in excess. High fat is important, keeps you from being hungry and helps you lose weight.
