Let me get this straight, if I use a heavy cream with 0 carbs and mayo with 0 carbs and mix it with a ranch packet with 0 sugar added and 1 carb per packet then i basicly have no restrictions on how much I use on salad or as a veggie dip etc?? And just need to count my veggie carbs? Please advise before I get super excited lol

I've got to ask, which ranch packet only contains 1 carb?

ok thank you for asking it made me dig it out of the trash and scrutinize it...hidden valley dill ranch...... 1 gram per dry serving with 14 servings so that makes the whole package 14 grams of carbs made as described earlier right? If that's true then I gotta break down the serving size from 2 cups with 14 grams ? Thank you for pointing that out and making me investigate

Plus make sure you're accounting for your limits of cream you have daily on Atkins (and most other low carb plans) when you plan how much to eat. Cream is not "unlimited"...

Oh my gosh I have to get a book, I swear yesterday between Alfredo, ranch, coffee and frozen with a packet of Splenda I probably had a cup and a half of heavy cream, I just saw 0 carbs and went nuts cause it is so yummy but 3-4 oz due to hidden carbs.... Geez, I need the book bad, think I'll see if I can pick one up today... Thanks guys, have a great day.
