I tried to do a Whole30, and I made it 3 weeks and I cheated. I have not been able to get my momentum back since then. This Sunday I am leaving for Disney for 5 days with my kids. When I come back, I am ready to start over with a clean plate(LOL!) and get back on track and lose this 15 lbs. I was just wondering if anybody had any low carb diets ,that don't contain sugar, that maybe are just a little easier to follow? Not quite so restrictive? Thanks!!
